The Minister of Finance Participates in UK–Qatar Roundtable in London to Strengthen Bilateral Investments

HE Mr Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance, participated in the UK–Qatar Roundtable held in London, United Kingdom, with the presence of C-suite executives from the financial and professional services sector. The meeting provided a platform for exchanging views on investment opportunities and strengthening economic relations between the two countries. Discussions focused on mobilising Qatari capital into UK growth opportunities, as well as opening new avenues for UK investment in Qatar’s Vision 2030 projects, supporting sustainable development and fostering economic growth. The roundtable also highlighted the importance of building long-term institutional partnerships aimed at de-risking and maximising investment returns, thereby enhancing economic integration between Qatar and the United Kingdom and supporting innovative projects in the financial and professional services sectors.
